P42800 showing DMAAI Error but cannot find

Hi Experts,

Last night, the sales update program P42800 which runs in sleeper went into error. This is what it shows in the error report. There are 12 lines related to the sales order but only 11 lines are shown in the report. I have just copied line # 1. All the next 10 lines show the same error.

As in the error msg, I checked DMAAI for 4260, I found it is correctly setup

Can you please give me some idea, where else can I have a look?

Please check the currency code, currency code of the company should match
with transaction currency.

Sometimes it could be the sales tax associated with that line that does not have an AAI.

I found the problem. The location field was filled with some values instead of being blank. Someone looks like filled them during ship confirmation.

Well it looks like the account 020213.41100 may not exist as the error says the "A.A.I. Account Not Setup" not that the AAI is not setup. You might want to check with your accounting department. The validity of the account number is not checked when the AAI is created but when the AAI is used. Use the Data Dictionary to read about the error 0381 and the glossary should give you more details.
