P41802

Anyone with experience with P41802 (cost maintenance batch) would know what AAIs are used by this program other tha 4134 & 4136? The report I get prints Invalid AAI Setup although those AAIs seem to be set up correctly for the items in question...

Thanks in advance,
J.

Probably relates to the Doc type created by this program. Do you have AAI's
for doc type IB (or IX).

Also check processing option in program to see if a specific doc type is
nominated

Also check that the BU and accounts specified in the AAI's do in fact have a
Posting edit code that allows posting

check the zero balance adjustment AAIs. Sometimes because of this you gt this error. These could be pointing to the same account credit and debit but JDE requires this.

Thank you. It was a missing AAI for doc type IB (AAIs 4134 and 4136).
