OneWorld Web Interface on AS/400

I have been having some problems with the OneWorld web interface on AS/400. Basically the problem is that I am getting a lot of 404 and 403 HTML errors. A lot of times the server instance of the IBM HTTP server just dies. There are no logs that explain why the HTTP server is going down. When the HTTP service is running properly, I don't seem to have any problems moving between menus and applications .

Any recommendations?
