Hi All,
When we do a Currency Restatement in GL (Batch Type XX and Ledger Type XA),
we try to go and change some values in the XA Entry, but the system displays only a grey screen without the possibility of changing any field.
Regardless of the reason why we want to change the XA values, is this a normal behavior of the system or there is some setup that we can alter to allow this ?? i.e., is it in the normal behavior that all XX Batches and / or all XA Documents cannot be changed manually ??
(N.B., I tried in the test environment to create a manual entry in the XA Ledger, and I was able to do that, and able to change if afterwards.
However, in that case the Ledger Type was XA BUT the Batch Type was G.)
