Non primary location at Parts List

Dear All,

does anybody use issue parts list not from primary location.

There is field in Parts List LOCN, that indicate location from which parts list will issued.
As I understood it takes automatic from primary location.

But I need to use another. How can I change it not in every WO, but in some master tables (master routing or BOM)?

If the items are lot controlled, "Commitment Method" (CMGL)
on Item Master & Branch MIGHT work for you.

What conditions determine the location?
Is it related to a specific cost and/or work center?
