Newer version of OneWorld ODA?

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to post their jdeowoda.dll. I'm having problems and was thinking that maybe a newer version would help. According to the driver information I have, I'm on version 1.71.00.00. I'm using OneWorld Xe sp 19.1.
