NEED HELP ON DIS TECH SPEC

Dear all,
I am very new to dis forum and practice. I need help on d attached tech spec. I dont have much idea about JDE technical development. So if u can give me some step by step process , dat will b helpful..

I tried working on the tech spec. The form I chose is Find-Brows form.The challenge I am facing is how to print and accumulate total for each company's open amount. I can print open amount easily , but dere might be more dan one entry per company. Dis can be more suitably done thru a tabular report , but I need it to be done in application.can ny body help me? if u can give ny name of a standard JDE object ,which works in a similar way that will be helpful.
