Yes of course,
just change the MCU (Cost center not the EMCU Cost center Revenue) on the sales order line you want to ship from another "place".
On my view you should not use cost center that doesn't belong to the sales order company (that would mean you sale product what is not your property). Or use the intercompany fonctionnalities...

The Questio was can we have single sales Order in JDE with Bill To Address number as One & mutliple Ship To's .
say for example, Company A orders 100 computers & would like to ship to its subsidiaries say company B,C,D across the globe. Also when it requires single Invoice for the order.
Does JDE support this business model?

Yes, this is supported. You can enter a different ship-to number in each detail line if you choose to.
You will have to check to see if the packing slips get shipping info from the header or detail line. We use custom packing slips so I'm not sure how the standard JDE shipping documents print.
