Hi group,
My client's scenario is like this: We are using standard costing (07) method. Client have multi level BOM with manufactured items as sub-assemblies. Both the parent and the manufactured sub-assemblies have got procured raw material and outside operations. ie., both the parent and the sub-assemblies are having A1 and D1 costs.
When I run the cost roll-up for the parent item, A1 for the child is not picked-up. But D1 for the child and parent are picked at the parent level item cost.
If I remove the Outside operation for the child subassembly, A1 is picked-up for the parent and child at the parent level cost.
Kindly suggest what could be reason for this peculiar behaviour. You may also mail to my personal id: [email protected].
Thanks,
B. Sathish Kumar
