We recently deleted 'G" Increase messages from the 34/MT UDC file so our planners would no longer receive increase messages. No we find we still receive those messages on a few items when we run regeneration.Does anyone have idea why we would still be receiving messages even though that message type has been removed from UDC?

If you dont want to disturb existing work orders, you can try freezing the work orders.

This "freeze code" option is available in Purchase order also. Try setting it to 'Y'. Hopefully it should meet your needs.

Has anyone tried using a scheduled batch job to set the Freeze Code on their PO's and WO's?
