Is there a way to send messages to the customer work center?

When we process orders if there is an error we want to notify customer service that they need to call the customer. We are bringing our orders in via EDI.



Best method is Work Flow. Design the work flow model for initiation during
the processing of EDI from system 47 --> 42. A good use of EDSP data item in
Sys 47 for flagging the record as a particular type of error can be helpful.
If your not familiar with the RDA of UBE process for EDI, a developer should
be able to assist you.
