Our company went to SP21_P1 yesterday and are having a couple issues. The first being that 2 of our Citrix servers rebootted themselves. The second being that multiple oexplore sessions remain open for single users. We are seeing the following errors on our Citrix Servers:
Application popup: Create Sales Order - [Sales Order Detail Revisions]: oexplore.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x7800270e" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program
Has anyone experienced this error before? I have read some threads regarding memory errors but they have been different instructions. Any assitance you could provide would be great!
