While in Web Portal E810 HTML, users are unable to save a file (i.e. pdf) or OLE format in Attachments to any application. In some cases
the media attachment works only the first time after we allow for the installation of the ActiveX components. It stops working after that. If we clear the IE explorer cache and objects and than try again it works for the first time and than it stops
Any help is greatly appreciated.
