Locking on Sales Order Detail Revisions (P4210) for a specific User

Hi All,

Whenever a specific user, user "A", attempts to go to the Sales Order Detail Revisions form for ANY Sales Order, P4210/W4210A, from the Customer Service Inquiry Form P4210/W4210E, they lock up, and they have to log off JDE from the Task Manager. We have tried the following:

1. If user "B" logs onto JDE on user's "A" computer, user "B" has no problems.

2. If user "A" logs onto JDE on User "B" computer, user "A" locks up again.

3. We deleted user "A"'s JDE user profile and recreated it. This "seemed" to fix the problem, but only for a day.

Assuming that our 4 WTS running OneWorld XE/Update 6, are configured the same, any suggestions on troubleshooting this issue further. Also, since no other user in our organization has complained about this problem, I tend to believe the problem is not associated with 1 of our WTS.

A common cause of "goofy" issues is USER OVERRIDES.
Check for/delete these and try again.
