Licence Useage Problems

Hi,
I'm using Xe. We have approx 70 Licence used however the Licence Useage application P98538 shows "0" used and "0" available. What could be the problem.
Also the jdedebug.log shows that the business function GetLicenseUsage does not return anythin.
Any suggestions ?????

Did U try to Reset the Oneworld Authorization Code ( Client Security ) U've to call PSFT to get new One..

Try it and let the clients log again ... the licenses must be shown here.

Hi Joel,

I had the same problem 2 weeks ago. In my case, I did not have NT permission to the Deployment Server \\DEPLoy\B7333\client directory.

Once I corrected the permission -- the value return.

In my case, the program ran fine on the deployment server but not from a client.
