Jobs on Hold

we put a UBE on hold that was submitted by a user at approx 6pm. at 9pm the same UBE and version is scheduled to run.

however on coming in the next morning, it appears that the job on hold ran also..we suspect that someone put it from Hold back in the Job queue (i.e. unheld it)
anyone know how i can find the user id of the person who unheld it? or any details about it?
is it possible that the version on the scheduler changed the status of the version on Hold??
