JDE World to SAP migration:Data Compare :Inputs reqd

Hi,
We have migrated from JDE World A7.3 to SAP.We are planning to compare the data between JDE World and SAP and if there is no mismatch,then slowly archive the JDE system for that location.

We are using business objects from SAP to get the data.

Would like to get your views on how to compare the data between these two ERP (like having minimum manual efforts ..can we extract the data from both ERP and then compare through any tool.

Basically I am trying to find out a least time consuming and an effective method to compare the data.
