E9.2 JDE Login Error

I have a user that is getting a blank screen when logging in.
Has anyone experienced this?

one user in one spot getting that, and everyone else can log in normally?

try the playbook of web based app troubleshooting. the "it's not us, it's you"

• correct URL/bookmark? no really, check the URL. is it right? no really, go check it again. here, let me send you the correct url to click on.
• different browser
• different machine
• different network (coffee shop, etc)
• incognito mode
• clear all cookies from all sites and all time
• disable all browser extensions
