JDE linked tables in SQL2000?

Using MS SQL Server 2000, how you setup a linked server (under security) to connect to JDE via MS OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers and a Data Source (System DSN) of OneWorld ODA?

More specifically, in the Linked Server Properties:
1) What Provider String should be listed?
2) What Location should be listed?
3) What Catalog should be listed?

I am attempting to use by own SQL dB to perform custom reporting using Crystal Reports 8.5. That is I am creating my own tables to be populated with queries vs linked JDE tables but cannot get the configuration right.

Any help would be most appreciated!!!

Joe,

I suggest you search the forum archive for Keyword ODA. It may cause you to rethink using OneWorld ODA for a datasource.

I am not AS/400 compliant, but I thought there was a native ODBC driver for DB2. Why not go directly at that?
