JDE E1 9.0 Font Issue

We are upgrading from 8.0 to 9.0. In 8.0, there is an option in grid preferences that allows the individual user to change font size. I am unable to locate this function in 9.0. We have several people in our department that have issues with their vision and require larger font. Does anyone know a way to change this in JDE or a work-around that doesn't involve using the Ease of Access features on the PCs?
