JAS and Menus

We have just installed a JAS server on NT. Everything looks good (generating, speed, etc.). The problem we are seeing is that some of the menus that exist in our FAT client are not in our JAS install. I have verified in our JDV7333 environment on the FAT, just to exclude OCMs.
Any thoughts?

Have you changed taskexploroer.properties file to the menu file in webclient.war\taskexplorer folder?

Try the following:

Right click the task. Ensure that it is set to 'Both' (not Windows Only) and that it is 'Active'

Have you ever run R9000C to convert your OneWorld menus to Solution Explorer tasks?

Hi,

You are running this system on Xe right. Any you are accessing Menu's from the Web , not solution explorer tasks..


Go into the Menu properties and check that it has "Both Web & Client option" selected

Bounce the instance to reflect the change if it doesnt do it automatically
