Hi,
Could anyone use Informatica PowerExchange(PE) to extract the data from JDE E1 data on DB2 iSeries? I was wondering whether we can use only iSeries Access for Linux to do it? If have to use PE, any installations on iSeries?
Our system environment:
Data source: JDE E1 on DB2 iSeries
ETL: Informatica on Exalogic with PowerCenter , option 1 iSeries Access for Linux, ran into errors told by Informatica that has to use PE to connect DB2 iSeries; option 2 install PE, we want to know how to install it and whether we need install components on iSeries
Data Target: Oracle Enterprise database on Linux
Any comments would be appreciated.
