We have just upgraded to C16 so we can use IBAN numbers and I have found that the bank entry program P00301 wants you to enter a sort code or account number as well as an IBAN number. If you don't then the screen clears and the data is ignored.
Now I have spoken to Oracle who referred me to their documentation and then I referred them to Wikipedia pointing out that there was no point in having the other fields as the IBAN number replaces them.
Now I can easily change the code on the program (it's a one line change) but does anyone know why JDE would do this other than they are a US company and IBAN does not work in the USA.
