I can\'t connect Fat Client

Hello everyone.
I use this site for the first time.
I'm not good at English.
But I have trouble.
Please read !!

When I try to log in FAT.
This Error show & I can't log in.
I see this Error for the first time.
Please tell me how to solve this trouble.

<flow>
1. I click icon"PeopleSoft"
(= I always log in FAT this way)

2. I enter UserID & Password & Environment(=DafaultV811)

3. This message show

[OK] [Cancel]

4. I press OK

This Display Show.

I press "Form > Get Auth"
