1. how to invoke a oracle stored procedure(plsql procedure) which lies out of JDE world database
2.how to access a table using jde object (like ube or tc or appl) which lies in a different schema to the jde world schema

I may be wrong, but terms such as UBE & TC suggest that you should have used one of the Enterprise One (OneWorld/E1/Xe/B73...) forums instead of this World one.
