how to test a business service using a C BSFN

I'm calling an external web service so I wrote a business service class (JC0001) and a c bsfn (B0001) already.

I want to test by calling JC0001 using B0001. How do I do that?

Do I deploy JC0001 locally in JDeveloper 10g first?

Can you help me please?

I'm using JDE 9.0, Weblogic
