how to increase memory for local BSSV server?

I got "out of memory : perm gen" error while testing my business services using the local BSSV server running on my development machine.

Do you know how I can increase the memory for the local BSSV server?

Andrew,
There are many reasons which generates this error so you will have to crack it by resolving or testing for one at a time.
Some of the common reasons this happens if the installation is not proper, or incorrect driver, not properly set data source or some process is not freeing memory after using it.

Also check if you JDeveloper version matches the E1 version.
