How to enable - Batch Versions --> Prompt For --> Values

I need to do the following.
In JD Edwards Solution Explorer, select the Report Management menu (GH9111) and locate Batch Versions.
1. Right-click Batch Versions, select Prompt For, and then select Values.

But the 'Values' menu item is disabled. How can I enable it ?
I am using EnterpriseOne 8.12 Standalone Demo and logged in as 'DEMO' user

No sure for demo, maybe some security you can't change. CNC types over in the other forum may be able to offer more assistance. I would start by looking at the UBE to make sure that it has processing options.

Also have a look at the version security.

There is no version behind that menu item, that's why you cannot see its processing options (but if you double-click it, then default version will be called).
If you want you can define a specific version of P98305 in menu designer.
