How to add custom fields in JDE EO

I am new in JDE and I wanted to know if there is any way to add custom fields in my application for example on Item Card, Purchase Order etc.

May need to provide more information about what you need.

The Cardex will have an OV transaction when you receive an item and the Purchase Order is already on there.

I want specific fields for some item in purchase order for example which is the person who did the last review, what is the weight of this item in this particular case ect.

So i want additional fields except those which application has, is there any way to add them??
