Header Detail - unable to Save key fields in Header

[cool] I've created a Header Detail form. While I click on the OK button whole data in the form as well as on Grid gets updated in the table, except the KEY fields in the Header part, in Detail part all feilds including Key fields get updated. Pls. help.

Thanx, but no thanx. I've myself found the solution for the query I'd posted. The problem was that I'd modified the Table and Business View, even though after "generating" the table and attaching B.V. again still the prob. persisted, the solution is to delete the KEY fields and insert them again, thats it. Thank U.

Hi,

Pls give in Ok button clicked event - yur filter fields=Business view fields.

Filter fields are not getting stored to the table by default. It has to be given explicitly.

FC (Filter field) = BC (respective field)(For header)
