Has anyone used Workflow in JDE HCM recruitment module?

I'm curious if anyone has implemented standard workflow for JDE HCM recruitment module or any other HCM sub-modules. If anyone can give a feedback about this. thank you in advance.

We've implemented HR hiring workflow in 8.12/8.96 but it was customized in the following ways:

1) Allows two levels of approvers instead of 1
2) Custom fields in the email for more information when reviewing candidates for approval/rejection.
