E9.2 Has anyone used One-Click provisioning to deploy E1?

I am attempting an onsite deployment of E1 using One-Click provisioning. When entering the details for the initial orchestration, I continue to get a database validation error:

I don't remember where exactly, probably somewhere in AppData, but there was a pretty good log in some ruby folder or called ruby that gave me good details on errors when i once tried it.
