Garbage in jde.log

Hi All,

I was wondering whether or not someone had encountered this problem before. We have four Citrix servers and intermittently some users get the following error: "Just in time is disabled for this environment. Please contact your system administrator." When looking at the jde.log I noticed that it seems to be putting in garbage in part of the path to find the global specs and then issues the error above. If I get the user to log into JDE directly from the Citrix server they are abe to log into JDE without any problems. The workaround is that sometimes the user will click on the OK button and then try and log in again but sometimes it gives them the same error.

I have logged a call with Oracle and they have asked me for the jde.ini file but I can't see anything wrong with it. I am still liasing with them on the problem. I have thought of maybe uninstalling the JDE client on the one Citrix server and reinstalling it from scratch and then checking if that resolves the problem.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I am attaching the jde.log file.

Kind regards
Misael

Hi,

Have you checked under menu GH9053?, under PathCode Master
or Environment Master (I don't remember which one), one
of them has a checkbox where you select if your environment
is JIT-enabled or not.
