Forwarding Workcenter message details to email

We have set up forwarding of workcenter messages to external email addresses for certain users. This seems to work. If an error message is sent to the workcenter you can find the details of the error. However, when sending to the external mail system, no details are found.

Example: for UBE R47011 that runs into error a workcenter message will be generated: 'Warning: No Base Price in Effect'. When forwarding to external email, the email only shows 'Job R47011 Completed With Errors' and no details.

Is it possible to sent the details of the workcenter message to external email? Any experience with this?
