Company using version E1 8.9. Nobody know the admin password, only know the username is PSFT. What can I do? Thanks.

This is the Applications forum for business processes. You may get better responses if you post this mesage in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne forum.

We are on an older version, so I don't know if they changed this, but one place to look is on the Enterprise Server in the JDE.INI file. In the past the password has been unencrypted in [NETWORK QUEUE SETTINGS] in this file.
