Forex gain/loss stuck during voucher match with PO

hi ALL

Need Finance advice for this. During the process of match PO with voucher, it seems that the amount due to forex differences remains in the GRNI account, i was expecting it to be charged off to gain/loss account. Is this a setup issue or is World like this?
