Anyone using JDE World (9.2.1) have issues with the FSA Dep Care-PA set up? In Pennsylvania the FSA Dep Care is taxable for State and local purposes. We applied the Vertex patch in November and now the FUTA has been calculating the Excludable wages incorrectly. The Excludable wages will double the amount of the FSA Dep Care withholding (if the deduction is $100, in the Excludable wages it'll use $200) but once the FUTA tax amount has been computed it stops and the Excludable wage will be correct. Support was working on fix but when we applied it, it didn't work. Currently we just adjust the Excludable wages at the end of the quarter. Is anyone having/had this problem and how did you fix it.
