FASTR Formatting Tool

I've created an Excel macro to automatically format FASTR's to look like
native Excel documents (underlines look like real underlines, total rows are
bolded, everything is fit to one page wide, etc). It's been submitted to
the JDE List download page but that page hasn't been updated yet, so until
it's updated you can e-mail me for a copy.

Some features of the FASTR Formatting Tool are:
-Short documents (less than 10 pages or so) are formatted within a few
seconds.
-The ability to automatically change Excel printing options
(landscape/portrait, fit to one page, repeat column headings at the top of
each page printed from Excel).
-Reports that go to multiple people can be saved as multiple files. For
example, if you have a P&L by branch by region, the FASTR Formatting Tool
can produce one Excel file for each region, and the branches within the
region will be on separate tabs.

Instructions for using the tool are in a Word document included in the
download. The user needs to fill in 15 to 20 specifications about the file
and the formatting tool does the rest.

Again, if you're interested in trying it drop me a line. It takes some time
to learn at first but after you have the specs set up running it takes
almost no time at all. Thanks.

The code still isn't in the Download Forum.....

What can we do....?

I would be interested in a copy. It sounds great. Are you in the Overland
