I am on a site where the <font color="red"> open </font> items on F0311 and F0311A match exactly (all the important stuff like GL Date, Amt Open, Company, Address, Doc no. ...). We think these may be duplicates.

How we got here, I don't know, but forward movement is required.

1) What does the information on here (F0311A) get used for?
2) How does stuff get here?
3) Where does it go?
4) How often is it updated?
5) How does the information here affect the ledger?

DW P03900 rebuilds work file F0311A according to its 2 POs so you can run period end reports such as P034201, P03413, & P03445 "as of" a date. Perhaps P03900 is scheduled to run nightly. Read the help text for P03900 for more information. Debi
