E9.1 Help in Calculation of LTCV

I consider myself fairly intelligent, but I'm stumped on how the LTCV is being calculated. I cannot get the formula in the Interactive Calculation Sheet from Oracle document Doc ID 881632.1 to tie to the number the system is calculating. It's not even close. The calculated number is 1.23.

The shift hours are the same for both. What in the world am I missing? Even if I change the Time Basis code to B, it's still not right.

Hello, seems in your calculation sheet all parameters were not considered ( Queue Hours, Move Hours and setup Hours)
Please find attached the new sheet which may help you. Lead time per unit also required to be calculated.
The Time basis code 4 is too low for the given number of Labour hours, hence I considered as Unit time basis ( U = 1 )
, the final result is coming as 321.
Please use this file and do further testing. I have also added Efficiency ( for labor centric Work center ) and Utilization (Machine Centric) factor.

Thanks for responding. I changed the settings to U and ran the LTCV portion again and still got 1.08875 versus 1.23. But here is the upper part:
