E9.2 Exceptional Demand Process

Hi All,
I am an experienced JDE 8.11 user and currently moving to 9.2.
Exceptional Demand Process is a customisation in our 8.11 system
Can anyone share if JDE 9.2 has an Exceptional Demand Process ability as standard?

ie holding sales orders back from order acknowledgement if qty on order is above our weekly capacity qty
