ERW, overflow?

I am a veteran World developer who has made the transition to OW. I have added several lines of text to the bottom of an Invoice. The client has requested that these text lines print entirely on a page. That is, I need to set 'overflow' (World terminology!) on the detail section to prevent it from printing past a certain point, so that all of the text will fit on a single page. Is this possible without tediously counting the detail lines as they print?

I am working on the XE release.

Thanks in advance.

hi there glo8,
you can set an "overflow" by going into report menu & then report properties. click on special form. then go into report menu & print setup, click custom size & define the paper size. i believe this is not really the paper size but the printable area. worked fine for some invoices and bills of lading i had to do.

Hi,

If I understand you correctly, can you not use a page footer section? The runtime engine should then handle all your overflow calcs for you.
