E9.2 error when we try to book the positive amount in AR

Hello
We couldn't book the positive amount in AR, after click the save button in GL page, it will caused the error message like this:

Do you have any solution for this error ?

Bad record? Try having a look at the record in the data in case there is some bad/weird data there?
Is this a new company or setup? Double check that setup as well.
 
In addition to what Mike asked.....

Are you able to get the logs from the web server or enterprise server corresponding to this event and get any more detail?

Also, when you say you are trying to book a positive amount in AR, do you mean you are attempting to enter a debit memo? Maybe if you can let us know a little more detail about what you are specifically trying to enter that might help (redacting any company-specific information).
