Error Posting IB Batches

Hi there,

I'm getting an error when posting 2 IB batches - it is telling me that the documents are out of balance by an amount which is equal to the VAT amount. When I looked at the Sales Update Report, everything seems fine with all debits tallying with the credits. Can anyone help ?

Hello Jessica,

We've had the same issue with Intercompany sales updates. SAR 6281940
addresses this issue for Xe and ESU JD20842 has successfully solved the
problem in our case. Hope this helps.

Jessica,
take a look at the effective dates on the tax rate/area (P4008) as well as the AAI's for tax posting (RTxxxx - where xxxx is from the rate/area file).
I would also check the work center for the user who ran the report for further details.
