Hey,
Please assist with an error code 089V when we approve a shipment.
We using zone number, carrier and origin together with a rates schedule to determine the freight charge.
A new zone was created where the following was done:
1. Added new zone to udc 40_ZN
2. Created a route for combination zone, carrier, mode of transport and origin (same as existing routes)
3. Added the new zone to the Lookup Tables and increased the number of entries by 1
4. Attached a rate to the rate schedules
5. Effective and Thru date are within the period of the Sales Order
When we use this new zone, we are able to pick up the route in the Roting Option however
it has an error code of 089V _ A detail rate was not found and 089S shipment route step or load not routed and rating information is 9. There is a valid rate
What other setup is required when adding a new zone. This is on ERP8.0
