Enterprise serve service

Hi,
Our Enterprise server service (PSFT E810 B9 network) was starting properly and no errors were thrown when it was started.Now all of a sudden it has started thrwing errors that User is Unknown.
Following is the error from jde_xxx log.

Kiran,

You have been having lots of issues, have you thought of bringing someone with a little more experience onsite. They could assist you with your issues, as well as offering you some training.

As for your issue, I would verify that there is actually a user "PSFT" in the security application and that you have access to the datasource from the Enterprise Server.
