We use Sterling's Gentran translator and mail box services with World 7.3.
We have used both the NT version of Gentran and the AS400 version. We had
trouble with the NT version because of the stability of the movement
between servers and chose to move to the AS400 version. The AS400
versions work together nicely and are very stable.
Also, the ASN 856 transaction required modifications in the JDE software to
get it to work with the requirements of our trading partners.

Would like to find out what EDI package those of you on JDE use.
Some people has told me that Sterling Commerce can be integrated quite
easily with JDE world 7.3. Any thoughts, directions and/or suggestion would
be helpful..
