Does anyone know how to launch an E1Page from another E1Page?

Could you please give me the insert script with bare minimum values to the F01151Z1 table.
Im not able to get this record picked up by the Upload program.(R011110Z)

Yes I did get it working. Below is the syntax I used:
@D:customIcon=img/folder-open-large.png|description=Mayor and Council:MAYCNLLR_TITLE:goToTabByLabel(new Object(), 'Mayor and Council')

This will then open a page called 'Mayor and Council'.
