E1 Tools 8.9x MTR (Minimum Technical Requirements)

Hello,
I am looking for Minimum Technical Requirements for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.9x (with special interest in 8.97) as specified on Oracle/Peoplesoft 'Customer Connection'. Unfortunately I have no access to 'Customer Connection. Could anyone help me by attaching some documents regarding the subject? I am interested in:
- MTR for Enterprise server (Linux and Windows);
- MTR for Database software (Linux and Windows/Oracle);
- MTR for Deployment server;
- MTR for WebServers (Linux and Windows/OAS);
- MTR for clients;

By coincidence, I happened to have these handy (see attachments). Some pages are deleted since they are about platforms for which you are not interested (like AS/400 and WebSphere).
