DSI Error Message - \'ERROR CODE 99 received from enterpriseone, but no error text\'

Hi
We have a custom NER which runs ok in DV and PY environment. But when we run thru DSI we got 9 in the RETURN CODE and Error Message - 'ERROR CODE 99 received from enterpriseone, but no error text'.
We are in DSI Version 5. I searched DSI web site and did not find any info for this error message.
Did anybody see this error before and know how to fix the problem?

Are you using any std bsfn's in your custom NER?.
If yes you might to need to check them for error handling. Supressing error messages didn't help me with DSI. I had to look for a different bsfn than what i intially used in my NER.
